In an effort to keep Association dues within the reach of all members, the Board of Directors at its 2007 meeting established a Road Improvement Fund and asked members for voluntary contributions to be used exclusively for the purchase of more recycled asphalt in order to accelerate the program to cover all unpaved Association roads with this material.
The Roads Committee has made significant improvement in our roads by covering them with recycled asphalt. They would like to purchase more than the annual budget allows; however, the entire surplus in the General Fund has already been used to purchase this material.
If it is within your budget, please consider adding $50 (or more) to your annual dues so that we can improve more of our unpaved roads. The amount can be included in one check together with the payment of annual dues.
